Our regular guest, Andreas Kluth is now the West Coast correspondent of The Economist. In this podcast, he talks about the fun that he's having in his new role covering stories like earthquakes, porn, prisons, unemployment, health care reforms, California and much more. As a person who practices Yoga regularly, he has written a beautiful but controversial (to some) obituary on Pattabi Jois the Yoga teacher who died recently. More than anything, these 30 odd minutes are invaluable dope on how a writer approaches his work.
Andreas is close to publishing his first book on success and failure. You would know that it ain't a "How to" book if you've heard our previous podcast. In his book, he draws parallels with with Hannibal, the Carthaginian General and other ancient figures in explaining stories of contemporary folks like Steve Jobs, Eleanor Roosevelt and the likes.
